Biological washers

Biological washers are devices friendly to humans and the environment.
The solvent-based organic compound for washing is replaced with a preparation containing natural microorganisms, which are excellent in the process of washing and degreasing dirty surfaces.

Economical concept, comfortable operation and optimal cleaning results are the advantages of these devices.

innovative technology using biological agents (microorganisms) to neutralize or break down "harmful substances" and "pollutants" and thus remove hazardous chemicals from the environment

Bio-remediation uses natural biological agents such as germs to break down, neutralize or remove "hazardous substances" or pollutants. For example, a biological washer uses natural biological agents to break down carbon-containing pollutants (grease and oil) and transform them into harmless carbon dioxide and water. In biodegradation, we deal with the chemical breakdown of materials through the action of bacteria or other biological agents.

The biological device for cleaning parts differs from standard cold washing devices in that it does not use substances harmful to health, because the liquid used for cleaning does not contain solvents at all. The device also does not emit volatile organic compounds. This ensures that both human health and the environment are protected. The cleaning fluid used in the washer has a pleasant smell, e.g. of fresh green apples, which makes working with the device more comfortable.

The biological washer is designed for cleaning parts made of steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals, but also of aluminum that is sensitive to damage. Due to the use of a corrosion inhibitor, aluminum is not covered with tarnish during cleaning, as is the case with standard cold washing equipment.

- Comparative studies have shown that this device is very good at removing oil and grease contamination as well as cracking residues - In these applications, the aqueous and pH neutral biological cleaning fluid reveals its full cleaning potential. It also easily removes organic chemicals, such as sugar, used in the food industry, which cannot be done using ordinary solvents.

This cleaning device, which uses microorganisms, is particularly good at removing contaminants such as: fats and oils, salts, chips and dust, sugar, baked-on residues from the cracking process. The ecological washer is not suitable for removing varnishes, paints, resins, silicones and biocides. These substances must not be introduced into the device system as they are harmful to microorganisms.
