How do the MST 2000 INOX stationary washers work?
They remove greasy impurities from objects using a flow brush. Cleaning fluid flows through the brush. The recommended fluid is Xelin Proffesional, which has special washing and degreasing properties. Details of the fluid in its safety data sheet. Place the item to be washed on a perforated worktop. There is a drip tray under the top.
The liquid, flowing through the brush, dissolves and washes away greasy dirt. Heavy solids fall due to the action of gravity on the bottom of the bathtub, which is specially formed.
On the other hand, lighter oil-derivative contaminants flow into the barrel under the worktop along with the washing liquid. Heavier compounds settle to the bottom of the barrel. The washing liquid, being a lighter substance, returns to the circulation.
The suction-pressure pump forces the fluid to flow through the brush. The flow valve is used to manually adjust the amount of liquid flow.
