TMC SYSTEM is a device created for companies operating mainly in the automotive parts regeneration industry. Our device allows you to fill in gaps in parts made mainly of steel, aluminum and copper. It also allows applying an anti-corrosion coating in the form of zinc, e.g. to corroded car body elements.
The principle of operation of TMC is based on heating the powder of a suitable metal to a temperature of 400-600°C and applying it to a given element under a pressure of 5-8 bar.
This solution makes filling in gaps much easier than, for example, TIG welding, and the relatively low temperature does not cause deformation of the elements.
TMC System is not a device for structural connection of elements, other welding methods must be used for such connections. It only allows for filling gaps or providing anti-corrosion protection. The places filled with TMC are free of holes after abrasive processing.
