1. In order to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data, the Administrator has adopted a Data Protection Policy which comprehensively defines the rules for the protection of personal data. Procedures allowing access to data only to authorized persons and only to the extent necessary due to the tasks performed by them have also been implemented.
2. The administrator uses organizational and technical solutions to ensure the registration of operations on personal data and the traceability of persons performing these operations.

1. Access to your personal data is available to recipients who help us maintain the ICT system in which User accounts are kept and orders are processed, who provide you with commercial and marketing information, and provide courier services.

How long do we keep your personal data?
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract. Additionally, after the termination of the contract, your data will be stored due to the obligations arising from accounting and tax regulations, for their duration, and for legal security reasons, until the limitation period for any claims. To the extent that the basis for processing your data is consent, your data will be processed until it is withdrawn (information on the basis of processing can be found above, in the section "Why do we process your data?"). What are the rights of the Users?
1. You have the right to:
a) access to your personal data (i.e. checking what data is processed by the Administrator, obtaining a copy of it, as well as obtaining information on what for and on what legal grounds the Administrator processes the data of a specific User, to whom they are shared and when they will be deleted),
b) rectify personal data (if it turns out that they are incorrect),
c) supplementing personal data (in the event that it turns out to be incomplete),
d) transfer of personal data (i.e. transfer of data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, e.g. txt., pdf., odt., doc., rtf., jpeg., XML, JSON, CSV),
e) requests to limit the processing of personal data (then we will only be able to store your personal data),
f) deletion of personal data.

1. The Website and the Application automatically collect, in particular, the IP address, browser type, operating system and information contained in cookies.
2. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for using the Website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
