Trolley for heavy elements
Description
The trolley is used to attach a basket from automatic basket washes to it in order to transport heavy elements to be washed which are loaded directly into the basket.
The automatic washer is specially adapted to approach with a specially designed trolley to detach the basket from the car wash and move it onto the trolley.
This gives you the opportunity to move to dirty parts, which, for example, with an overhead crane, put directly into the basket, then return to the car wash, without much effort, move the basket loaded with dirty parts to fasten it in the device. We set off in the trolley and start the washing process. After the washing process is finished, the operation is repeated in order to transport the washed parts.

Application
The automatic washer is used to degrease the elements during the production process and during washing machine parts and serviced devices. It is also used in workshops that repair engines, compressors, gears and all other parts contaminated with grease or oil.
How do automatic washers MRS-WASH 1200 work?
The washing cycle begins with the launch of the heated bath, which, when it reaches the set temperature, will start the cycle. In the first stage, we deal with the main washing, the time of which can be precisely adjusted thanks to the timer located in the control box. The defined time determines the length of the bath.
