Producer ultrasonic cleaner MOT 185 Advanced is a Spanish company TierraTech. It manufactures high-quality ultrasonic cleaners with versatile applications. Ultrasonic cleaners from the Motor Clean series are devices designed specifically for degreasing, removing carbon deposits and all kinds of dirt from automotive parts and components. Their capacity ranges from 30 to 8000 liters of water.

Description of the ultrasonic cleaner

In devices with a capacity of more than 75 liters, there is a support platform that facilitates loading, unloading of elements and ensures constant movement, thus increasing the efficiency of the washing process. The washed element is immersed for a specified time in a special liquid, where it is subjected to ultrasound. The cavitation process that occurs, without damaging the soft elements, affects the surface to be cleaned.

Cavitation phenomenon

Thanks to the cavitation phenomenon, dirt is removed from the entire surface because ultrasounds penetrate the material. This process is assisted by imploding bubbles which are generated in the washing solution by means of pressure waves. The bubbles in turn tear the dirt off the surface of the part to be cleaned.

The ultrasonic cleaning technology is an extremely fast and effective way to clean heavily soiled surfaces. It is incomparably more effective than traditional forms of washing.
