Hydro Power 2000 cabin washer
Application
The hydro power cabin pressure washers are professional devices made of high quality stainless steel. Their use is extremely wide. They are perfect for plants regenerating turbochargers and wherever there is a need to clean heavily soiled parts made of steel, cast iron, aluminum and other alloys.
Washing process
The washing process takes place in a closed circuit. Mrs Cleaner Ultra Active washing liquid is used. The fluid is heated to an operating temperature of 45 degrees. The preparation is released from the nozzle of the gun at a pressure of up to 140 Bar, thanks to which it is able to get to hard-to-reach places and remove heavy dirt from carbon deposits, grease or oil. Two components: temperature and liquid are responsible for the effectiveness of washing. Each of the washers is additionally equipped with 2 filters. You can adjust the device up to 20 cm thanks to the adjusting foot. Pneumatic actuators mounted in the dampers increase the comfort and safety of work. An additional element of the washer is a brush or a compressed air gun. Due to the fact that the nozzles are located on the glass, we can observe the operation of the washer. Effective protection against cooling down is guaranteed by an insulated tank with a heated fluid.
