Bandwidth measurement - we mount the filter to the flanges and turn on the bandwidth test, the bandwidth meter shows values in mbar, at the same time determining its contamination.
Filter assembly: We use flanges (which are delivered with the machine) to mount the filter. The filter is mounted on two sides. The machine operator holds the machine filter and attaches to two hoses on both sides.
wash we change the valve position every 3 minutes and let the air flow through the air valve for 4 seconds, repeat this action until no contaminated water is flowing from the outlets.
Filtration: The first is a sedimentation tank for the coarse sludge under the water pump. Additionally, a circulation pump with a filter is installed.
Drying: After washing is finished, take out the filter to dry. Attach the filter with a hose and start drying. During this process, the temperature gauge maintains the drying temperature between 50 and 120 degrees. At the same time, the pressure gauge shows us the current pressure (mbar). During drying, the pressure gradually drops and should be between 0 - 40 mbar at the end of the drying process.
