Clean Gate Basic disinfection gate

Due to the current epidemiological situation, we present you the Disinfection Gate. The device is made in Poland.

It uses proven technologies aimed at increasing the protection of customers, medical personnel, uniformed services or company employees. A disinfectant is applied to the entire surface of the person in the chamber. During the 10-second stay in the chamber, the outer garment is disinfected.

Our gate significantly increases safety and improves the comfort of everyday life, which does not mean that we still should not take increased precautions. Disinfection using a gate is much easier than with other methods and provides better protection against viruses, thus facilitating our daily functioning.

A similar technical solution was used in China and South Korea, which allowed these countries to significantly reduce the spread of viruses.

The gate is an ideal solution for hospitals, offices, petrol stations, production plants as well as offices and shopping centers.

Disinfection gate operating manual

I. Before starting:

I. The gate should be placed on a flat, stable surface
II. Prepare a container / tank with disinfectant liquid
III. Place the transparent power cord in the container / tank with the disinfectant liquid so that the end of the hose is at the bottom of the container / tank
IV. Attach the transparent power cord to the container / tank with the disinfectant liquid in a way that prevents it from falling out of the container / tank.
V. Make sure that the transparent power cord is not bent anywhere, if necessary straighten it so that the fluid can be sucked freely into the pump
VI. Check the quick connection of the fluid supply coupling between the pump and the gate.
VII. Make sure that the motion sensor is plugged into the power strip inside the control box housing. If not, plug the motion sensor into the center socket, the power strip inside the control box housing.
VII. Make sure that the plug powering the pump is connected to the motion sensor socket inside the control box housing. If not, insert the plug of the pump power supply into the motion sensor socket inside the control box housing.

II. Turn on the gate

I. Plug the cord from the power strip into a power outlet
II. The pump will automatically start sucking fluid from the container / reservoir
III. The pump will turn off automatically after 10 seconds

Warning:

Each time during the first start-up, after a longer stoppage and after changing the container / tank with the liquid, make sure that the transparent pipes: supplying from the container / tank and supplying between the pump and the gate are filled with disinfecting liquid. If not, move your hand in front of the control box so that the motion sensor is energized and the pump starts pumping. Continue doing this until
until the pump starts to work smoothly - constant, stable sound of the pump, transparent pipes will fill with liquid without visible air bubbles, and spray nozzles will start spraying properly from all nozzles.

III. Disinfection

I. Stand in front of the entrance to the disinfection gate, from the control side
II. Approach the disinfection gate so that you are within the range of the motion sensor.
III. Wait for the pump to energize the nozzles and the disinfectant liquid is sprayed inside the disinfection gate.
IV. Get inside the disinfection gate, after about 2 seconds, turn around your own axis, then repeat the action with your hands up.
V. Exit from inside the disinfection gate.
VI. The motion sensor will turn off the shower about 10 seconds after leaving the sensor's range.

IV. Cleaning and maintenance

I. Before cleaning, disconnect / remove the plug from the power strip from the socket
II. Unscrew all spray nozzles, put in a container with clean lukewarm water (about 30 ° C)
III. Clean the nozzles with a sponge.
IV. Screw the spray nozzles into the supply tees.
VI. Insert the plug of the cord from the power strip into a power outlet
